By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you use our "Services" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, suppliers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are intended for adult audiences.

3. Products and Services

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products (Beachwear) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor or mobile screen is accurate.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Processing: Payments are securely processed through PagBank.

  • Currency: Although you may view prices in your local currency, the final processing of the transaction may occur in Brazilian Reais (BRL), subject to your credit card's conversion fees.

5. International Shipping and Customs Fees (Important)

For purchases made outside Brazil:

  • Logistics Operator: Shipments are primarily made via Correios (and its international partners).

  • Import Taxes (Duty & Taxes): The customer (buyer) is considered the "Importer of Record". Mareblu does not collect import taxes at checkout.

  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to pay any customs fees, import taxes, and handling fees charged by the customs of the destination country.

  • If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned to Brazil, Mareblu will deduct the shipping costs for both ways from the amount to be refunded.

6. Third-Party Tools and Tracking

Using our site implies consent to the use of analytics and marketing tools to enhance your experience. We use technologies such as Facebook Pixel (Meta), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and TikTok Ads to understand browsing behavior and offer personalized advertising. We also use Shopify's own email marketing service.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your browsing data may be processed by these tools as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including texts, designs, logos, photos of bikinis and swimsuits) is the exclusive property of Mareblu and is protected by Brazilian copyright laws and international treaties. Reproduction of our images for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any agreements separately by which we provide you Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
To resolve any disputes arising from this contract, the parties choose the jurisdiction of the District of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
