Exchange and Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with Mareblu pieces. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns following the rules below.
1. Return Period
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days after receiving the product. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Product Conditions (Hygiene)
As we deal with swimwear (Beachwear), hygiene is our top priority. For the return to be accepted:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Tags must be attached.

Important: Bottom pieces (bikinis) and swimsuits must have the hygienic protector intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the hygienic protector has been removed, repositioned, or is dirty.
3. Shipping Costs

Responsibility: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item in case of regret or final return.

Exception (First Exchange Free - Brazil): Exclusively for customers in Brazil, we offer the first exchange with no shipping costs (read section 7).

International: For international orders (outside Brazil), all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for accepted returns.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send the product back before contacting us.

Send an email to contato@mareblu.com.br informing the order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will respond with shipping instructions and the return address.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team in Porto Alegre:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund (based on hygiene conditions).

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method (PagBank), within a few days.
Attention International Customers: The refunded amount may vary due to the exchange rate of the day and fees from your credit card. Mareblu refunds the exact amount in Reais (BRL) paid for the product; we do not control the conversion from your bank.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
7.1 First Exchange Free (Valid for Brazil)
We want you to love your Mareblu piece. If the product did not fit or if you simply prefer another model, we offer the First Exchange Free.

How it works: On the first exchange request, Mareblu will cover the cost of returning the original item and the shipping cost of the new item.

Payment of the Difference: If you choose to exchange for a product of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer. Our team will send a secure payment link (PagBank) or bank details for settling the difference before shipping the new product.

Credit: If the new product is of lower value, the difference will be granted as a shopping voucher (coupon) for future use on the site.
7.2 International Exchanges
For customers outside Brazil, due to customs logistics, we do not carry out the direct physical exchange process.

If you want a different size or model, the standard procedure is to return the unwanted item for a refund (according to return rules) and make a new purchase independently of the correct item on our site.
